The new enquiries queue

The inbox rebuilt around one shared list, with the customer's email rendered as they sent it.

The queue is the product. This is the release where it was rebuilt.

There are two ways to work it. The **list view** is for triage — everything waiting, one row each, scan and assign. The **conversation view** is for answering, with the thread on one side and the contact and their booking on the other. Search moved into the top bar where you reach for it, and the filters open in a dropdown rather than occupying the screen permanently.

### Emails that look like emails

A customer's HTML email used to render as a clipped box inside the thread, cut off at an arbitrary height and stripped of its own layout. You could tell something had arrived but not always what it said, and following up meant opening the real mailbox — which defeats the point of a shared queue.

They now display as the customer sent them, contained safely but not mangled.

### Suppressions, unsubscriptions and templates

Email suppressions and unsubscriptions have their own screens again — the lists that stop you mailing someone who has asked not to be mailed, which are worth being able to look at directly.

Email templates gained a list screen and a code view, for the times when the fastest way to fix a template is to read its markup.
