Accounts set up before anyone logs in

Open signup is gone, and a registered interest becomes a configured account.

Fridgedoor used to have an open signup form. It has been removed, deliberately, and replaced with registering your interest.

This is a considered trade. Open signup is better for us — it is a number that goes up on its own. It is worse for the person signing up, because a Fridgedoor account is not useful until it knows your branches, your opening hours, your sending domains and your templates. An empty workspace and a welcome tour hands that configuration to the person least equipped to do it, on the day they know least about the product.

So the account is built before anyone logs in. You tell us the shape of the business, we configure it with you, and the first time you sign in the thing already fits.

### Passwords

Once your account is approved you set your own password through a link. We do not generate one and send it to you, which is a practice that should have ended years ago industry-wide: a password that arrives by email is a password that lives in an inbox.

new

  • Register your interest and we set the account up with you before the first login.
  • Once your account is approved, you set your own password. Nobody sends you one.

Talk to us

See it against your own reminder volume.

Tell us your branches, your channels, and roughly how many customers come due each month. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

  • A mapped plan for your locations, domains and templates
  • A written quote covering seats, SMS volume and sending domains
  • An account set up with your own templates before anyone logs in

Register your interest

One business dayOne person, one email. No sequence, no drip, and no calendar link to negotiate with.
