Plans, reports and a safer sign-in

Account administration you can do without asking us, and a session that is harder to steal.

A batch of account administration that used to mean sending us an email.

Payment plans are managed on their own screen now, and where a plan is chosen it is chosen from the real list rather than typed in by hand — which is how a plan name ends up misspelled on an invoice.

Every list sorts by clicking its column heading, and the reports that had accumulated in three different places are under one menu.

### Deactivated, not deleted

Closing an account now deactivates it. Its history stays — the runs it sent, the enquiries it handled, the audit trail behind both. Deleting an account used to take that with it, which is the wrong behaviour for records that someone may need to produce a year later, and an irreversible answer to a question that is usually temporary.

### Session security

Sessions now carry the protections a signed-in session should have always had against being read in transit or reused from another site. There is nothing to do at your end and nothing changes on screen.

new

  • Payment plans are managed directly, and a plan is chosen from the real list rather than typed in.
  • Sort any list by clicking its column heading, and find every report under one menu.

improved

  • Closing an account deactivates it and keeps its history, instead of deleting it.

fixed

  • Signed-in sessions carry stronger protection against being read or reused from another site.

Talk to us

See it against your own reminder volume.

Tell us your branches, your channels, and roughly how many customers come due each month. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

  • A mapped plan for your locations, domains and templates
  • A written quote covering seats, SMS volume and sending domains
  • An account set up with your own templates before anyone logs in
